Photo EXIF Viewer & Remover

Erase Location Data Safely

Photos taken with smartphones contain metadata called "EXIF data", which includes shooting locations (GPS coordinates), dates, and camera models.
Posting them directly to SNS or blogs poses a risk of privacy leaks, such as revealing your home address.
With this tool, you can check what data is embedded and create safe images with metadata completely erased in one click.

How to use
STEP1

Upload Photos

Click the "Select Files" button or drag and drop photos to load them. You can upload multiple photos at once.

STEP2

Check EXIF Info (Optional)

Click "View Details" to see what location and camera information is embedded in the photo.

STEP3

Remove EXIF & Save

On PC, the "Remove EXIF from all and Save as ZIP" button is convenient for bulk downloading.
On smartphones, you can long-press the processed image to save it, or use the "Share" button to send it directly via AirDrop, messaging apps, etc.

FAQ
Is my photo data safe? Will it be sent to your server?
No, absolutely not. All processing happens entirely within your browser — your photos never leave your device and are never sent to or stored on any server.
What kind of information can I view or remove from a photo?
You can view GPS coordinates (location), shooting date/time, smartphone model, lens type, shutter speed, and other detailed EXIF values. All of it can be removed with a single click. If GPS data is present, you can also confirm the shooting location on Google Maps.
How many photos can I process at once?
There is no strict limit, but processing dozens to hundreds of photos at once may slow down your browser. We recommend processing in batches of 20-30 photos at a time.
What exactly is "EXIF data"?
It is metadata automatically saved inside an image file when taking a photo with a digital camera or smartphone. It includes shooting date/time, location information (GPS coordinates), smartphone model, and camera settings. While convenient for organizing photos, it also poses a risk of unintentionally sharing personal information when posting on social media.
